One Movement, Two Chambers
The Black Legislative Leaders Network (BLLN) welcomes you to Washington, DC for our Fall 2026 Policy Summit, a signature gathering of Black state legislative leaders, members of Congress, legislative staff, and partners advancing policy solutions for Black communities across the country. Held during CBCF's Annual Legislative Conference (ALC55), this two day convening reflects BLLN's mission of building bridges between state and federal policymaking, one movement, two chambers.

Tickets are currently available for members and supporters. There are several ways to gain access to the Policy Summit and its receptions.
